Are you eating natural foods, processed foods, junk? Are you a snacker and in-betweener? Are you the heavy meal type of person ? Whichever you are that's fine . Most important is to Understand your body metabolism. Understand your system. Know who you are then figure out what type of foods work well for you. For me at this point in life, I go natural when I can afford it. In the mornings I take herbal teas , home made of course . Lemon grass tea with some ginger and garlic help a lot during cold weather . Some honey to sweaten.
Eating whole fruit meals is also good especially in the morning to get the body started with the right energy. Eg.
Papaya (paw paw)
Mango (Julie or German)
Oranges (any citrus is ok)
Banana
Guava
Cut them all to small cubes and squeeze a lot of citrus into it especially grape or orange . I tend to avoid seedless fruits. That's my wahala and choice.
That's a good breakfast for me. Not sure I have some photos but ...
This picture is my blend of green tea. Pound lemon grass, with ginger and garlic and a little moringa. Then pour hot water into it, then serve. You may want to add some honey to it.
